These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of apexenginehq.com (the "Site"), operated by Apex Engine ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

Apex Engine is an automotive publication providing editorial content — including car maintenance (PMS) guides, cost references, and buying advice for the Philippine market — and, in the future, a vehicle listings marketplace (see "Marketplace & Listings" below). The Site is intended for a general adult audience (18 years and older).

Intellectual Property

All original content on the Site — text, guides, graphics, logos, and the "Apex Engine" name and marks — is owned by Apex Engine and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our prior written consent. Vehicle brand names, model names, and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only; their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

Editorial Content & No Professional Advice

Our guides are for general information only and are not professional mechanical, financial, or legal advice. We research our content carefully, but maintenance schedules, parts, and especially PMS prices are estimates and average dealer ("casa") figures that change over time and vary by location, variant, and service center. Always confirm with your vehicle's owner's manual, an authorized dealer, or a qualified mechanic before making decisions. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free, and you rely on it at your own risk.

Third-Party Links & Sponsored Content

The Site may link to third-party websites (manufacturers, dealerships, and references). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Some links or features may be sponsored, affiliated, or provided in exchange for materials (such as images); where this is the case, such links are appropriately marked, and any opinions and editorial advice remain our own and independent.

Marketplace & Listings

A vehicle listings marketplace is in development and not yet available. At present, the Site does not facilitate vehicle sales, payments, or transactions, and any "listings" shown are illustrative only. When the marketplace launches, additional terms will govern listings, buyers, sellers, and transactions, and will be published on the Site. Nothing in these Terms should be read as an offer to sell or a guarantee regarding any vehicle.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
